Tom Schindler, President of the Board for Chippewa County Rural Heritage, called the meeting to order at 7:12 pm on Sunday July 25, 2010 at Valley Tavern  14515 State Highway 40 Bloomer, WI.  Members of the board present were: Tom Schindler-President, Rose Sundstrom-Vice-President, and Victoria Trinko-Secretary.  Advisory Board:  Lyle Prince, Paul Krumenauer and Willie Sundstrom, at 7:29 Sonny Urban & David Kelm Sr.   Other participants- Jana Prince, Roger Knutson, and Scott Wolfe.
Lyle Prince made a motion to approve and place on file the June 27, 2010 minutes.  Paul Krumenauer seconded the motion. The motion carried 6-0.  
TREASURER’S REPORT:    A plant was sent for Craig Brown’s funeral.  Tom Schindler read the thank you card from Craig’s family.  Rose Sundstrom made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report.  Roger Knutson seconded the motion.  The motion carried 6-0. 
FACE LIFT ON THE NAME-CHIPPEWA COUNTY RURAL HERITAGE:  Lyle Prince made a motion to add “Classic Tractor & Implement Club” below the name of Chippewa County Rural Heritage” to clarify the mission of CCRH.  Rose Sundstrom seconded the motion.  The motion carried 6-0.
LAND PURCHASE:  This item was postponed until the next meeting
LLC:  This item was postponed until the next meeting.
ACCESS TO EMAIL:  Victoria Trinko explained people who would be able to change or access the email contents and who would send items to be placed on the website.  This item was postponed until the next meeting.

FUTURE ITEMS & AGENDA:

Next meeting will be Sunday August 29, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Lyle & Jana Prince’s residence at 4:00 pm.  Bring a dish to pass and lawn chairs.  Call for directions.

There was discussion about the Bloomer Parade.-materials to bring-duct and painter tape, pens, stapler, ice cream pails, order banners or make signs and cards for sign-up.   The parade starts at 12:30

There was discussion about the spaghetti dinner.  We will be serving from 4-8 pm with a cost of $6.00 [this will be added to the flier.  Members of the boards will bring a pan of bars.

Rose Sundstrom made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:09 pm.   David Kelm Sr. seconded the motion.  The motion carried 8-0.
