Tom Schindler, President of the Board for Chippewa County Rural Heritage, called the meeting to order at 7:20 pm on Wednesday May 19, 2010 at Trout Creek Inn  2170 County Highway 40 Bloomer, WI.  Members of the board present were: Tom Schindler-President, Gerald Eder-Vice-President, and Tom Short-Treasurer. Jerry Eder made a motion to approve and place on file the April 11, 2010 minutes.  Rose Sundstrom seconded the motion. The motion carried.  
TREASURER’S REPORT:    Rose Sundstrom made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report.  Jerry Eder seconded the motion.  The motion carried. 
SPRING EVENT: 

Final preparations as to committees, helpers, and materials needed were discussed.  Stakes and paint markers were placed for the tent, vendors, parking, line-up of tractors and event locations.

FUTURE ITEMS & AGENDA:

• Next meeting will be Sunday June 6, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Valley Tavern.
• Update of Spring Event
