Chippewa County Rural Heritage Meetings

Tom Schindler, President of the Board for Chippewa County Rural Heritage, called the meeting to order at 1:20 pm on Sunday April 11, 2010 at Valley Tavern 14515 State Highway 40 Bloomer, WI.  Members of the board present were: Tom Schindler-President, Gerald Eder-Vice-President, Tom Short-Treasurer, and Victoria Trinko-Secretary.  Advisory Board: David Kelm Sr.,, Lyle Prince, Sonny Urban, Rose Sundstrom, Rich Suvada, Phillip Schindler, and Paul Krumenauer.   Other participants- Jana Prince, Harry Prince, Gary Postle, Dennis Eder, Roger Knutson.
Rich Suvada made a motion to approve and place on file the March 28, 2010 minutes.  David Kelm Sr seconded the motion. The motion carried 10-0.  
TREASURER’S REPORT:    Jerry Eder made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report.  Rich Suvada seconded the motion.  The motion carried 10-0. 
SPRING EVENT:

Next meeting will be Wednesday May 18, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Trout Creek Inn.

Spring Event –final preparations

ADJOURN:
Rich Suvada made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:16 pm.   Rose Sundstrom seconded the motion.  The motion carried 10-0.
